When moving into a new house we decided to get NBN through Barefoot Telecom. I rang to get organised and they said they would get someone out here anywhere between 25-35 days. We spoke about modems and what I need. The person told me any modem would work. Someone showed on the 25th day. After getting a NBN person to ensure the connection was working i was informed our internet should be working. After a couple of hours I range Barefoot and told them it was working. They asked what modem I had, I told them and they told me that one wouldn't work . I asked about this other modem that I had and they said it would work. Next day iIl called back to let know it still wasn't working and another man told me there are only 2 modem they have found to work so i had to buy one off them. Once delivered I connected it and the internet finally worked. It has worked perfectly ever since, never slow and never drops out. Everytime I call the call centre I get really lovely Australian people. Would recommend.
