Belong also known as a brand launched by Telstra in 2013 and has been running since then. Belong is one of the cheapest ISP which is significantly cheaper than it’s present (Telstra). However, it’s limited in offering with ADSL2 and NBN available only with the side inclusion of Belong Voice. Belong also offers budget month-to-month packages as well.

I knew i made a mistake going with these clowns. Firstly the speed is misrtable - mostly around 200kbs. Reliability is also terrible. In the three months ive been with them i have been connected for maybe one month. Technical support is good but wait timea for an operator have been between 30 monutes to 1 hour.
No way in hell would i recommend these guys. Worse company ever. Ok not ever. Just worst company in 2017

I decided to sign up with the Belong service because of its great deal. I am on a 12 month plan, included free delivery, free installation and free modem. I pay $55 and am entitled to 100gb of data usage every month. I live in Dundas Valley and the option of having a NBN service was not possible. My phone line was not active and Belong offered to send a Telstra technician to activate the phone line. The ordering process was easy and had a modem sent to my address after a week. I have been using Belong for 3 months and happy with the service. The only downside to this service is the internet speed. It averages around 600kb a second, however my experience has been pleasant.
