Belong
Belong also known as a brand launched by Telstra in 2013 and has been running since then. Belong is one of the cheapest ISP which is significantly cheaper than it’s present (Telstra). However, it’s limited in offering with ADSL2 and NBN available only with the side inclusion of Belong Voice. Belong also offers budget month-to-month packages as well.

Belong would have to be the worse internet service providers. I have had to deal with them for a MONTH just to get an NBN box installation. Now it’s going on to two months and still they can’t seem to solve the issue with getting me an “NBN BOX installed” seriously, don’t even waste your time. DODO is the best! Belong should be ashamed!

I wish I never signed up with these clowns. When I first signed up I had no internet for 6 weeks and they tried to charge for it!!! I’m sorry I signed up for an24 month contract because the service is just shit.

We started off with ADSL, of which we had an outage for 2 weeks, which they did not seem to be in a hurry off to recover, nor to refund. Then the month after a random guy showed up to our house saying he had to install the NBN. No appointment or anything, this caused another 2 weeks of no internet, and took about 6 weeks to finally get up and running since we first applied for NBN. Then another guy showed up randomly a couple weeks later "to install it properly", again with "100% guarantee that we would have internet that day" (which we were told multiple times a week on the phone.) In the end, we got our NBN, which is of no difference than the ADSL, after weeks and weeks of hassle. In short, we have had multiple random people showing up to our house with no notice beforehand, lots of false promises. Then on top of that we got charged a 180$ instead of getting 120$ refunded. This took me another 3 weeks to get sorted, by being on the phone with them almost every single day, and which resulted in me putting a dispute order in with the bank.
To save yourself a massive headache and hours on the phone, do not go with this provider!

This is a trash! Super slow and completely different to what they claim on the advertisement. Always disconnected for no reason. The worst NBN!

ADSL2+ internet itself is OK. Not great speed but it's ADSL. To be expected. But the internet mostly functioning gets them their one star. The service from belong themselves however? I don't feel that I have enough negative adjectives to describe this organisation.
Three missed tech appointments. No word, they knew nobody had picked up my jobs on a Friday and still left me waiting around on the Saturday. (between those and phone calls I'm at about 16hrs of my life wasted with no apology) Didn't inform me when they were going to Bill me, just took it from my account without any prior notice leaving me $10 dishonour fee when it went over... No records of my calls to discuss, no records of staff logging that I may be entitled to a refund. No record of anything that may inconvenience them.

VERY SLOW, DOGGY COMPANY. You even cant watch youtube. And you pay 60 dollars per month. The customer service always waste your time without actually doing anything

Don't do the same mistake than me, don't join belong it's the worst ADSL I ever had. Internet keeps crashing every 20 min. If you ask them to fix the problem they don't even answer to the email.

Too bad. You pay for getting slow internet, cant even watch youtube. The termination fee seems like illegal. DONT USE BELONG IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTION

This has got to be the most unreliable NBN out there pay good money for rubbish connection funny part is there is a max speed but we’re they get away with the rip off is there is no min speed so they can promise you a Ferrari but deliver you a clapped out junker and tell you this is what you pay for

- Set up process is very very very long, not days, not weeks but easily more than one month! and not really getting any help from customer service operators. All operator will promise you they do everything they can to help, but nothing happens. And they like to tell you lines like "there's nothing I can do here"

- The connection was reliable

- 0 out of 10 satisfaction with the customer service and support! very polite customer service/support team, but they get nothing done for you, NOTHING! they can't solve problems. and they don't contact you to let you know what's happening, for example, if a connection is not complete, nobody calls you or email you, you have to take the initiative to call and find out, even tho they can't really tell you what's actually happening, what the problem is but keep on promising you another day and keep procrastinating.

Overall this is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life, period.
