I received a promotion email from dodo while I was with another NBN company. I was convinced that the $10 discount was worth the switch. After the usual set-up, filling online forms, receiving the activation notice and received the free router. I called the customer service to get a help to activate my D-Link router with the new service from dodo without using the supplied cheap Huawei router, but I waited for an hour without response. I hanged up and called again and kept waiting for 39 minutes without response. I tried the online chat same thing without response. I called again and waited around another 30 minutes to speak with one of the customer services, after the long-expected trouble shooting, she said you can’t use your modem without giving clear reason. I told her that I had the same setup with my previous NBN provider and everything was fine, but she still gave me the same answer to force me to use the doggy Huawei device.
Not happy at all !!!

I am with DoDo for my NBN setup and installation was fantastic, on time and painless even got 2 months free. since i joined several months ago i have recieved efficient and courteous customer service from helpful team members, any problems were quickly identified and resolved. I have a fixed wireless service which runs at a maximum speed of 25/5 and the speed is constant, never dropping under 90% of promised speed. Any planned scheduled maintenance is always published on their website so you are pre warned of any dropouts in service.
