I wish i had read all your reviews before signing up with DODO. Definitely a third world organisation that will try every trick in the book to convince you that their way of steeling your money is valid. They will lie to get you on board then you will spend hours on many occasions to persist your point with them and when they realize you won't give up, then they will agree with you. legal Scammers

Dodo is the horrible broadband provider. What the say and promise didnt match what they do. It is expensive as well. Give you small GB and took a lot of money. Their customer service arent proffesional. They ll not answet your issue properly. I never and ever recommend dodo.

Misleading and deceptive sales staff. Make promises then don't deliver. My internet was connected 10 days later than promised. Was promised "extras" and never delivered on it. And was charged $300 in extra fees i was never told about.
Would never go with Dodo again

I am really embarrassed to have falling for such an oblivious scam, if I had asked a few questions they would of said that they can't supply me with ADSL but I didn't and they don't have to tell me that they can't before the connection is actioned. I would of just cancelled the plan I had but instead I paid $299 for nothing. It is a disgrace.

Our internet were sometimes slow and sometimes fast. Before we only have ADSL2 at our other house and it's so super slow even though we have restarted it. Now we have NBN in a different suburb and It has improved although the extra payment is big. The internet sometimes just shuts down suddenly and it can only reach in one of our rooms because sometimes we go to a the farthest room and there is no internet. When you try to contact support, it takes ages for them to answer the call and most customer service talk to you disrespectfully.

Dodo have shown to be dishonest, pushy, take money willy nilly. My solution has been to cancel my credit card and have a new card issued. Dodo no longer has access to my money and now I feel in charge of my bills. Dodo still huffs and puffs making threats and demands but I pay my bills and nothing dodo can do. Once contract expires bye bye dodo just like its avian namesake.

Downsides are the network coverage and customer service is frustating. I notice it is a bit slow during the peak hours. It's cheap but not that great. I am thinking about possibly changing providers in a couple of months.

My broadband is not bad. My only issue is that there is very low coverage in my room but works just fine down in the living area. Sometime the connection will drop out and it is hard to contact customer service at times, as it takes a while to get connected to an operator. Overall it is good and I am happy with my provider. Compared to other companies I have been with it is not bad and I don't have much complaints apart from the network coverage and drop outs. Customer service could be a bit better, but overall I'm happy.

Terrible treatment of loyal customers. I've moved twice taking dodo with me. $600 setup fees was the latest move installing NBN cable including the modem, the first month up front etc. Didn't mind that. But recently when I haven't had the money in there I got a barring notice. I sent an email saying why isn't it a courtesy notice when within the same month they take the money out anyway. I told them I've been a long time customer and feel like a criminal instead of a valued customer. Their reply was, if you decide to end your contract you are obligated to pay the termination fees. Confirming my assumption that they don't care about their customers. The service itself has been fine. I haven't had a problem with it. So if you don't care about customer service id recommend them. But if customer service matters to you, then you wont find it with dodo. They are terrible to their loyal customers.
