Poor customer service from exetel. Went without internet connection for 28 days.. exetel said they would send a technician to my place to fix the issue and we booked a date and time which I took work off for and in the end they didn't turn up nor contact me that they were not coming. They then told me that the next available time for a technician to come would be in another two weeks time. They also refused at first to credit me for the days I went without internet and after many phone calls back and forth arguing and many times they said they would call me back and in fact they did not they eventually refunded me the money which was also the wrong amount (less). I have since given up on chasing for my money because it was an absolute waste of time. When I wanted to cancel my service seeing as I was not getting the internet service I was paying for they said I had to pay out the rest of my plan which I thought was unfair. As for the internet connect (with NBN) it frequently drops out. When I call customer service for anything the staff are mostly unhelpful. Will not be continuing with this service after my plan finishes.
