You can opt to buy a modem from iiNet for $89 upfront. This cost is lowered to $0 if you go in for a 24-month contract. The activation fee of $79.95 is also lowered to $0 on a 24-month contract. There is also the option of buying a modem of your choice from among the available models at a discounted price. A delivery fee of $10 will be charged for the modem.

If you bring your own modem, you need to ensure that it works with netphone. 

You can opt for iiNetTV with Fetch for $5 per month while again ensuring that the modem you bring is compatible. The Fetch Mini Set Top Box costs $99 which has to be paid upfront.

Calls to local numbers are untimed and charged 20 c per call. Calls to standard national numbers are charged at 17 c per minute plus flagfall of 44c. Calls to Australian mobiles are charged at 37 c per minute plus flagfall of 44c. Calls to 1300 and 13 numbers are untimed and charged 40 c.

There is no plan change fee if you switch to a higher-priced plan.
