What a nightmare. I have been with iPrimus for years because they offered the best rate for unlimited internet. Well I ended up paying in other ways. On three occasions my service dropped and it took them OVER A MONTH to fix it. Then on Friday I called to say that I was leaving the country in 3 weeks so could they make a note of that and disconnect my service on that date. Three days later my service has been irrevocably disconnected. Absolutely nothing they can do about it- but it took them 2 hours of passing me between departments to come to this conclusion. I am fuming.

Awful company, I signed up because they were cheap, they tried to jam every product they sell down my throat during the initial phone call I had with them, but I soon realised the customer service (or should I say lack of customer service) is reflected by the price, didnt hear anything for nearly 2 weeks, they then tried to say I owed them a debt when I have never been a customer of theirs or any internet supplier, turned out to be the old occupants of the house I am living in, I sent them a copy of my signed lease agreement dated from earlier this month, a photo of my licence and other documentation, spent hours on hold during numerous phone calls wasted time sending numerous emails, to no avail, customer service team have no idea what is going on or how to do their job, now must start from square one with a new supplier, complete waste of time, save your self the drama and pay a little bit extra for a company that can actually provide some customer service, honestly feel like I dodged a bullet anyway as their was no attempt to resolve my problem, definitely do not buy!

They keep telling me the service is fine but it drops out every hour, tried multiple modems, this has been going on for over a month and had a technician come out already and say it's fixed
Tried to cancel and they had the greed to try and charge me $254 to cancel even though there service doesn't work

Have experienced dropouts on a few occasions. Speed is good otherwise but there are a few bottlenecks once in a while.

It was the only company with pairs available in my suburb. Great service and they are always there to help.
