Awful company, I signed up because they were cheap, they tried to jam every product they sell down my throat during the initial phone call I had with them, but I soon realised the customer service (or should I say lack of customer service) is reflected by the price, didnt hear anything for nearly 2 weeks, they then tried to say I owed them a debt when I have never been a customer of theirs or any internet supplier, turned out to be the old occupants of the house I am living in, I sent them a copy of my signed lease agreement dated from earlier this month, a photo of my licence and other documentation, spent hours on hold during numerous phone calls wasted time sending numerous emails, to no avail, customer service team have no idea what is going on or how to do their job, now must start from square one with a new supplier, complete waste of time, save your self the drama and pay a little bit extra for a company that can actually provide some customer service, honestly feel like I dodged a bullet anyway as their was no attempt to resolve my problem, definitely do not buy!
