What a nightmare. I have been with iPrimus for years because they offered the best rate for unlimited internet. Well I ended up paying in other ways. On three occasions my service dropped and it took them OVER A MONTH to fix it. Then on Friday I called to say that I was leaving the country in 3 weeks so could they make a note of that and disconnect my service on that date. Three days later my service has been irrevocably disconnected. Absolutely nothing they can do about it- but it took them 2 hours of passing me between departments to come to this conclusion. I am fuming.
