Due to poor service. I had to change company and cancel account on 24 May. Only to find that Southern had placed us on a new deal, that we had not approved of. New Invoice For $170 that covers June 1 to 31 July on a service ,not used. I have been advised NOT TO PAY.

Like most Internet Service Providers in country Victoria, Southern Phone's service is nowhere near what is provided to city areas. Internet speeds vary from average to slow depending on time of day. This I believe is par for the course for all ISPs in our area. Southern Phone's support centre is Australian based but only operates between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday, which is annoying to say the least. Better than the big guys but nothing to write home about.
