Plan Description
The plan includes standard NBN installation. However, if you are in a NBN-designated New Development, you will have to pay an additional $300 towards NBN New Development Charge. Calls to mobile cost 40 c per minute while calls to 13/1300 cost 45 c per call. If the NBN service type is Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) the option of going back to a copper-based service will not be available.
The phone service is not suitable if you need access to emergency services as it will not function in a power outage.
