Let's clear a few misconceptions regarding private ACMA technicans and their responsibilities and boundaries specifically related to the NBN or your standard PSTN / ADSL2+ type internet services. It's always important to understand when you need a private ACMA accredited technician, and what to expect once you've engaged a technician to attend your home or business.


RULE 1: Check the technician holds a valid ACMA accredication
