I have been using Telstra for years. Always found their service pretty reliable and consistent and easy to transfer when moving houses. The speed is good but lately had a few drop outs and modem crashes. Technical support are OK but it is getting through to them that is the issue. Long wait times on hold, wrong departments, transfers and when I finally get to speak to someone often their English is poor.

Value for money is good when no problems. Happy to stay with them as don't have the energy for the ring around comparison and scared of having down time if I change providers.
