Telstra is OK for value for money. There reliability has certainly dropped over the past 6 months. There technical support is very poor and of no real assistance at all. I end up having to get friends to assist.

Expensive,slow,goes down to often. They have the monoply , got sick to death of trying to compare and find a better deal. I know I'm being ripped off but they all do that.

We have cable internet from Telstra. Most the time is seems to work, however there are some lag periods at night where things dont seem to work. Im not sure if its the MAC computers having wifi issues, but everytime we ring Telstra, we wait for hours.
