Slow internet speeds mixed with terrible customer support who treat you like children, make TPG the perfect internet provider for anyone who wants to shoot themselves in the head!

They use dodgy internet practices, where if you call them up to try to fix your slow internet speed (which never gets over 1 MBPS) they speed it up for u and ask if the problem was solved. After you say yes, they slow it back down again a few hours later!

Im in the heart of the Gold Coast and still cant get good speeds with TPG. wtf?
