TPG terminated my account due to missed payment as my bank card was skimmed and cancelled. I paid with direct debit and have proof of this but still cancelled my account and to reconnect they want to charge $99 or sign an 18month contract.
I have been a TPG customer for years, they have no loyality to their customers and are just money hungry.
Will never use them again due to this only.
