Bye Bye TPG!! We've been with them for almost 10 years, so 2 weeks ago we contacted TPG to let them know we were moving places and we need to reconnect their services at the new place. They booked a date for the recconection and it didn't happen. Called them and they said someone would come on the next day and it didn't happen!! We called them to find out what was going on, they kept going with the bullshit and the service would be reconnected in a week time(3 weeks all together) putting us on long holds, pretty much taking a piss!! If that's how you treat a 10 yearsnloyal customer you can go and get stuffed!! We told them we will cancel the plan enough is enough!!! There is plenty of companies around!! Make sure you watch your employees TPG, putting people on hold to make fun of them and you lost a customer!! Bye Bye TPG !!! We use liner at work and they are pretty good!!
