Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I have never been able to get the assistance I need any earlier than 72 hours later.
Now that I have signed up to the NBN with one of their competitors, I can't even get through to their accounts team to have my old service cancelled. I've been trying for 6 days!
Go with literally anyone else, this is the worst company and there is just no support available.
