Worst company I have ever dealt with. Internet service hasn't worked properly from day 1 and the customer service is just as bad. After 15 phone calls complaining about my service I have got no where. A technician has been to my house and apparently couldn't find a fault but then when they do speed checks I'm lucky to get 4 and they agree over the phone it's too slow. I've also emailed the complaints deparmtent several times and it's been 9 days since my first email and I still haven't heard from anyone. Today I called up to cancel my service and I was charged $240. This company is an absolute disgrace.
