My service went down 4 days ago now. I called the service centre only to be told all service centres are closed due to the virus...so I emailed them and got a call back and was on the phone for over an hour trying to fix the problem. They couldn't help me and I was told someone would call me the next day...didn't happen. I've emailed several times with no response back. Customer service does not exist in this company. I'm a student and need the internet so I can study...I will be changing service providers
