if you have age parents , dont let them have anything to do with this company , you typical money grabing scammers ,totaly discusted with there ethics and it will only be a matter of time someone dies from not haveing a phone to call for help , dont touch them

Do not use these scammers. We were charged for a heap of different phone set up costs etc etc and bills and then told they could not provide internet to our address after being tols several times that if we get a phone line set up with them that they could provide us with everything we asked for. Now they tell us they cant provide any of the services promised but wont refund any of the money we have outlayed. Furious!!!!!! I wish i had read the reviews before we trusted these thieves!!!

Think many times before deciding to use dodo service because you will have to pay a service without using a byte data of it.

I asked for closing off my account and misunderstanding with the call centre kept dodo connecting the internet services to the house even the new tenant changed to other internet provider. Dodo charged me with the cost I never used and forced me to pay for it using debt collector ('legal') agency.

So beware in using dodo service otherwise you will get bad experience like me.

Dodo is a total rip off, I had to pay $492 without using a single data. I had to call them more than 10 times to get a techican to set up the internet, I was waiting for 1 week nd which never did happen so I change my service provider plus they charge me $492 “which they call exist fee/ cancellation fee”. When I call them first it wasn’t a lock in contract but when i call them to cancel my service, they said its a lock in contract so i had to pay exist pay. Worst rip off internet company ever, Service sucks nd they talk BS. I would never recommend them to anyone in Australia.

they over charged me consistently, the worst was $94 / month, far over what I expected when I left TPG, same same slow ADSL2+, bad service, not happy.

ive been a customer for about 3 years and basically been spoken to rudely been treated unfairly and not getting my moneys worth each month as they disconnect on a regular basis and the service from customer care is appaling to say the least...waiting on the phone for technical help for at least half an hour only to be disconnected from the phone call. each time i connect i get cancelled.
SPEED= crap and slow
RELIABILITY= I COULD LAUGH TO THE NEXT INTERNET PROVIDER

Misleading and deceptive sales staff. Make promises then don't deliver. My internet was connected 10 days later than promised. Was promised "extras" and never delivered on it. And was charged $300 in extra fees i was never told about.
Would never go with Dodo again

I am really embarrassed to have falling for such an oblivious scam, if I had asked a few questions they would of said that they can't supply me with ADSL but I didn't and they don't have to tell me that they can't before the connection is actioned. I would of just cancelled the plan I had but instead I paid $299 for nothing. It is a disgrace.

Downsides are the network coverage and customer service is frustating. I notice it is a bit slow during the peak hours. It's cheap but not that great. I am thinking about possibly changing providers in a couple of months.

My broadband is not bad. My only issue is that there is very low coverage in my room but works just fine down in the living area. Sometime the connection will drop out and it is hard to contact customer service at times, as it takes a while to get connected to an operator. Overall it is good and I am happy with my provider. Compared to other companies I have been with it is not bad and I don't have much complaints apart from the network coverage and drop outs. Customer service could be a bit better, but overall I'm happy.
