Our internet were sometimes slow and sometimes fast. Before we only have ADSL2 at our other house and it's so super slow even though we have restarted it. Now we have NBN in a different suburb and It has improved although the extra payment is big. The internet sometimes just shuts down suddenly and it can only reach in one of our rooms because sometimes we go to a the farthest room and there is no internet. When you try to contact support, it takes ages for them to answer the call and most customer service talk to you disrespectfully.

Dodo have shown to be dishonest, pushy, take money willy nilly. My solution has been to cancel my credit card and have a new card issued. Dodo no longer has access to my money and now I feel in charge of my bills. Dodo still huffs and puffs making threats and demands but I pay my bills and nothing dodo can do. Once contract expires bye bye dodo just like its avian namesake.

I am with DoDo for my NBN setup and installation was fantastic, on time and painless even got 2 months free. since i joined several months ago i have recieved efficient and courteous customer service from helpful team members, any problems were quickly identified and resolved. I have a fixed wireless service which runs at a maximum speed of 25/5 and the speed is constant, never dropping under 90% of promised speed. Any planned scheduled maintenance is always published on their website so you are pre warned of any dropouts in service.

We recently upgraded our broadband internet service to NBN and have been relatively happy with the increased upload and download speed of our new service ... we stream all of our television the the internet so this has been a huge improvement than using ADSL for the same requirement, we were however forced to use an internet supplier branded modem which is proving to be substandard and is unable to handle all of the devices we use in our household. The service often has to buffer to view high definition video and seems to have some kind of compatibility issues with apple devices of which we use more than other electronic devices.
All-in-all though, a great improvement.
