I signed up in January for a 24 month ADSL plan. It was reasonably easy and fast to set up. Service has been fast enough for my needs.
My issue with them is they offered me a great promo deal which was supposed to be credited to my account on my second bill. Nothing showed up. I contacted customer support thinking it would be an easy fix and was told I would not be getting my promised credits because "there were no notes on my account." I took notes of my phone call when I signed up, employee spoke to, date and time of call and nothing. I didn't realise I should have recorded it to. Telstra may be more expensive, but customer service is far superior and you get what you pay for. Please do not sign up for dodo.
