Their customer service, speed and price are all terrible. Steer clear of dodo at all costs. They are expensive for what they offer, their nbn drops out constantly, their customer service takes an hour on hold before you talk to anyone and when you do get through they have excuses for everything. Don't bother with dodo.

Was always with Dodo even before changing to NBN. Told them i wanted to port my old number to the new line. And of course they didn't do that, and they cancelled the old service before they could port the old number to the new line.

I also negotiated for 1 month free but i never receive the credit. Had to call them up multiple times and explain again and again before they finally kept their promise.

Just an absolute waste of time having to deal with issues like this that should of never happened in the first place if they actually did what they said they would do, and not to just get their sales profit up.

if you have age parents , dont let them have anything to do with this company , you typical money grabing scammers ,totaly discusted with there ethics and it will only be a matter of time someone dies from not haveing a phone to call for help , dont touch them

No Service Provided. I had someone call me from Dodo offering all kinds of goodies to have me transfer to NBN. None did i receive. I told them i was oversea and just wait until I get back. When arriving home I found the internet off. My daughter ask what happen to the internet. I called Dodo and they told me that has transfer me NBN. I asked where my modem was. After checking my modem was in Melbourne and I could be waiting up to 7 more days to have it delivered. Finally I received the modem and now the connection is not working. Could be another 7 days as I am not available during the week. Third world service at best. They checked there records and found basically I had not approved the transfer yet but they did it for me, even after telling them I overseas and to wait. Always hard dealing with third world support team from India.

Do not use these scammers. We were charged for a heap of different phone set up costs etc etc and bills and then told they could not provide internet to our address after being tols several times that if we get a phone line set up with them that they could provide us with everything we asked for. Now they tell us they cant provide any of the services promised but wont refund any of the money we have outlayed. Furious!!!!!! I wish i had read the reviews before we trusted these thieves!!!

Think many times before deciding to use dodo service because you will have to pay a service without using a byte data of it.

I asked for closing off my account and misunderstanding with the call centre kept dodo connecting the internet services to the house even the new tenant changed to other internet provider. Dodo charged me with the cost I never used and forced me to pay for it using debt collector ('legal') agency.

So beware in using dodo service otherwise you will get bad experience like me.

Dodo is a total rip off, I had to pay $492 without using a single data. I had to call them more than 10 times to get a techican to set up the internet, I was waiting for 1 week nd which never did happen so I change my service provider plus they charge me $492 “which they call exist fee/ cancellation fee”. When I call them first it wasn’t a lock in contract but when i call them to cancel my service, they said its a lock in contract so i had to pay exist pay. Worst rip off internet company ever, Service sucks nd they talk BS. I would never recommend them to anyone in Australia.

We joined Dodo 9 months ago after having a terrible service with Telstra where our NBN would stop every month and it would take an hour on the phone with them to fix. Have only had 1 problem with Dodo and was fixed in a 5 min phone call, there modem/router has much to be desired but then so does Telstra, I run my own WIFI router. I think Dodo is way better then Telstra so much that on a percentage rate I would give Dodo 82% and Telstra 15%. I run my business from home and have not had any problem with speed or connection on Dodo.

they over charged me consistently, the worst was $94 / month, far over what I expected when I left TPG, same same slow ADSL2+, bad service, not happy.

We had NBN (FTTP) with them. Since they were cheap, we went with them for 4 years on speed1 (up to 12mbps). We're happy as long as we have internet since we had heaps of trouble setting up the internet. Dodo had to give us a replacement modem which fixed set up issues.
Now that internet has become very crucial for us, we increased the speed to 50mbps. So we were expecting it to be much faster, after 4 weeks of Tech support and HOURS and HOURS of phone calls we decided to move. They could not resolve the issue at ALL!! we gave them 2-3weeks to fix. NOTHING!! Just a waste of time. So it wasn't our house the problem. It really was Dodo. Now we still have to pay our bill of the added increase of $25 for the extra speed. They don't care of your loyalty (we stuck with them for 4 YEARS!!!!) They just said to us that since we have multiple devices connected 5mbps is a normal speed to expect. So glad we moved, now we're getting 45mbps but paying for the 40mbps speed. MUCH cheaper than Dodo too. And thats with our many devices connected.
