I had been a loyal customer of iiNet for 9 years and ever since TPG took over the company has been dead on it's feet. Worse than that i relocated and ever since the relocation they have charged me for my new address and the address I moved out of. This is fraudulent and illegal and I will be seeking help through ACCC. They never answer the phone and when they do it's like you are a brand new customer and they have no history of any of the calls and request=s you have ever made.
