Internode is amongst the oldest internet service provider in Australia with having complete range from ADSL/ADSL2+, NBN, Wireless 4G Broadband and Wireless hotspots in Adelaide. Internode provides a contiguous wireless hotspot network also known as CityLan, in Adelaide and South Australia. The Wifi network is open for public at hotspots throughout the Adelaide CBD.

I called to get my new NBN set up and internet-connected. The tecnical person who answered is very impatient and rude and hung up on me. He is a disgrace and has no right working in that department when he doesn't have patient and capacity to help. What a shame this company doesn't ask for a review after a client talks to anyone of their team. They got a good online reputation and that is the reason why I signed up with them. This person, whoever he is in technical support spoiled it. Very bad people, especially that person on technical support - VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON THEIR CLIENT

Internode used to provide great service when it was Australian-based, but now relies on incompetent off-shore call-centres that do not care and have no idea what I signed up for. When I signed up, they offered a business level service for extra money, which I accepted. It was supposed to include a less congested line and 24 hours local technical support. Line has been unstable since I took up NBN with them and today it is totally down. I called Business technical support and received only a voice message that they are closed. Then called residential to see what is going on, An African call-centre operator answered and said business team was closed and she could not help. Didn’t care to check what terms I was offered when I signed up. It is Good Friday, so I have to wait until tomorrow to switch to another provider. Never again, like Telstra, Optus and the other misleading and deceptive providers who don’t care what they promised once they have you on their account.

We have been with Internode for many years now. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. You get to speak to a local support technician and they follow through everything with you until the problem is fixed, even if your hardware is not theirs. We have minimal problems with internet connection and reliability and our connection speed is on par with other local providers. Internode have bundled our internet with our home phone for better value for money. When we move home, they reconnect quickly and help every step the way. I highly recommend this company for all of your internet needs.

I have been using Internode for broadband and home phone line rental for the past four years and I honestly cannot fault them. Every time I call regarding an issue they answer the phone straight away, and if there is a long wait time they give you the option for a call back straight off the bat instead of waiting on hold. Mind you have only had to call them twice in the four years and that was to update personal information, nothing to do with their service. Cannot fault them at all and would highly recoommed!

I'm not happy with Internode in Adelaide. I have been with Internode for more than 10 years at three addresses. When I first signed up with Internode they were the premium ISP with the best infrastructure, the best tech support and great, same-day customer service. They were also the most expensive ISP. Now, my Internode service is terrible. It is slow (0-3MbS), it is unreliable (drops out every day, multiple times) and tech help takes more than a week does not respond to contact. AND Internode is still an expensive ISP (~$60p.m. for 250GB ADSL2+). The only reason I stay is because I am locked in... I'm very unhappy with Internode.
PS I can not currently submit this review because guess what - I have no internet connection. Again.

Slow speeds given how close we are to the exchange. Internode customer support is always good but has been getting a bit worse since the recent acquisition
