Mynetfone are an unfortunate case of providers exploiting legislation that essentially let's them lock you into a contract without providing a service. I have very poor speeds most of the time and a lot of outages. Their response to this is either nothing or am unhelpful tactic that puts the onus on you repeatedly doing speed tests and logging outages and data to prove there is a problem. Obviously there is a problem with the service, people don't ri g technical support for fun. It is a disappointing tactic to make them appear to be trying to help, when they have no intent of fixing the problem, they are just trying to make it hard for you to get them to fix the problem.
