What is the max speed for VDSL2?

NBN Fibre to the Node (FTTN) uses copper wire to bridge the last stretch into your home. The fibre ends at a node in the vicinity of your house or multi dwelling building from where copper cable takes over. In this configuration, the minimum speed offered with an Optus NBN connection is 12 Mbps which can be made to reach 100 Mbps with a top speed pack. Although Optus does advise speeds, be mindful the download and upload speeds advertised aren't always achieved. This is because real-life factors such as distance from the node and attenutation need to be taken into consideration.
