Very happy with the speed & reliabilty of the service. I have noticed many other smaller companies now offering cheaper options with NBN which I am considering moving to. I have only had one technical issue out of the entire 7 years of having the service. I wasn't overly impressed with the technical support due to the lengthy time on call waiting and the staff member not listening to me when I was trying to convey the issue. There was a little bit of a language barrier which seemed to infuse the situation.
