This dirty company will play you like a yo-yo. Its stealing candy from a baby. That's how dirty this provider is. We have been a loyal customer for more than 3+ years.
Lately our internet has been dropping out. And there has been a period of a full month we had no internet connection. They won't tell you your internet is out. But you have to call them to let them know. Even so, I demanded a recommendation for the month. They gave me the time from of 3 days because i didn't call earlier. And recompensate me $15 bucks which of course went down the drain. They didn't even deduct it from the next transaction nor bank return to my account. I wonder where that money went. Wait.... There is more. Due to bad connection we didn't received the full up to 24mbs it says. We have a whooping 5mbs max download and 1 MBS upload. Going to wait a week for an email to be send. Therefore TPG received a refund notice from ACCC to refund us $80 buck which have been waiting for a month.

When I cancelled my no lock in contract. You still have to pay additional fee one month. How does that work.

Don't don't guys. If you love getting fucked in the ass with no Vaseline. Then highly recommended. Your money, your choice. Choice wisely. Sometimes its better to pay that little bit extra for a better service provider

I am using TPG from past 4 years and speed of internet is good. Initial 2 years I was using ADSL2+ and the speed I was getting decent enough speed to stream youtube vidoes without buffering on a my TV. Then I got switched to their FTTB service and I am getting superb speed much better than the ADSL2+. The transition between setup was smooth without any service drop-of and I haven't faced a single interruption in the service for the last 2 years.

We ordered a TPG intenet service in addition to our existing Telstra service. We have 20 lines coming in to our property (excessive I know) and only one is used by Telstra. We told TPG you can use any of the unused 19 lines.
Naturally TPG uses the one that Telstra has, and tells Telstra to disconnect its service. So here we are with no land line for 3 days. Telstra won't reconnect it, saying we have a new provider. TPG refuses to fix what it broke. They tell us to contact Telstra to get our service back.
I cannot believe how TPG screwed up our order, and then refuses to fix the problem they caused. Shocking bad service.

I transferred to NBN and asked to keep my home phone number, which because I had done it on-line was ignored. I was unknowingly given another number. People, businesses, work all thought I had left, as a result I have lost income, had parcels returned to companies, and had worried friends thinking I had been injured or died and had moved. TPG’s answer TOO BAD. Make an application on line and you are automatically given a new number.

Rate 0 for everything if I could. Connectivity=rubbish. They couldn't even reconnect me when I moved and expected me to pay for the connection. So I decide to leave them and they slap a $380 fee on me. Absolute joke

Terrible speeds on a 50mb plan, always dropping out around 5-6 times per day, never notified about a newer plan for same cost but higher speeds. Technical support is terrible. AVOID this company!! I work in IT and this is the WORST ISP I have dealt with

so bad. internet speed is unreliable, slowing down randomly and speeding up at random times as well. When you need it the most it will shut down on you, believe me it will. So many internet drop outs and back. You never know when it might go away for 6 hours then come back only to go away 1 hour later. The support is also rubbish. Hold, hold ,hold. You will be put on hold for hours on end. One of the worst, second only to Telstra, I do not recommend TPG, instead, go to Optus, they are the best.

DO NOT GIVE TPG YOUR MONEY. Reasons - 1. techical - could not get internet working with 3 technician visits. 2. Customer service - non existent, numerous calls, no resolution, they do NOT call you back when they say they will. 3. They basically do not let you cancel, formally cancelled all my service, month to month contract, and they charged me for another month after the end of the service period, straight to my card.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

If your internet goes down expect nothing from TPG they cannot supply something for the interim. They will not help you. They will not give you any resons or answers. Do not give this fraud of a company a cent of your money. Choose any other provider. They will also charge you to cancel on a no contact contract. TPG has the WORST customer service.

I am a TPG customer. When I signed up they had a 5 star Canstar blue rating and topped the list. I recommended them to a friend and nothing but trouble! His modem was sent to the wrong address. The address that the modem was sent to happened to be a Telstra customer. TPG cut of the internet service including phone at the wrong address. They TPG have now lost my fiends phone number as he wished it to be ported along with his contract. My friends phone number is one he has held for over 30 years. Pathetic! TPG have now slipped in Canstars ratings from number 1 to number 4 barely in front of Telstra at number 5. It is no mystery why! This has been both inconvenient and highly embarrassing for all parties concerned. Do not believe high ratings from other sources as this experience I believe would represent one of many. When my contract is finished with TPG, I will be moving to another carrier. I suggest for all looking at TPG broadband that at present go with IISELECT. The currently have canstars TOP rating. TPG have totally lost the plot perhaps to big to soon. I have better thing s to do than to right this review but I am furious and so is my friend and the Telstra customer who had her broadband turned of because of TPG mistaking the address for the new contract. You all have been warned!
