We're absolutely devastated by TPG.. they sent a tonne of advertising that we had to change over to NBN, and since we've done so, we've now been subjected to third world internet, coupled with third world customer service.

I don't mind companies outsourcing to the Philippines, but these guys genuinely don't give a rat's about their customers.

I've spent hours on hold, only to be asked to go through a long and painful process where a clearly poorly trained operator reads from a script a mile long.

After weeks of truly terrible internet, with more than 3 days of "unplanned upgrades" where get no coverage at ask, we've now been offered a one off discount of $9 from the $100 we pay per month. These guys are borderline criminal in the way they treat their customers.

I'm going to the ombudsman straight after completing this review, and we will never, ever, consider purchasing anything from TPG ever again.
