I have been with Vodafone for a little over 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience because the customer service is always very helpful. They always make sure that I have the best deal possible because they are more interested in loyalty and ensuring that I am saving money rather than me wasting money on a bad phone plan. They always let me know when I am 50%, 85% or 100% over my data limit which is always helpful. Their coverage is average compared to the larger service providers but I am not bothered by this

I am super happy with my ISP mobile broadband, I have had some great service and coverage using the Vodaphine Mobile broadband. I have not yet had any difficulties or bad experiences using the service however I found it took some time in setting the service up, but I believe that may have been from my end as I am not very tech savy when it comes to any sort of technology. When I called the technical support for some assistance the customer service was amazing and they really helped me out! I will be recommending this service within the future.

I used to be client of Virgin mobile. With them I lose connection after I reach my data limit. Then I moved to Vaya. With Vaya my mobile had problems when I made the calls, I was happy with Vaya service for more than 2 years. However, when a problem did occur their call centre had a terrible service. It was annoying to try to contact them.

Also when I tried to contact them by mail, it took like 4 days to receive an answer and they never fix the problem.

When I changed providers from Vaya to Vodafone, they did everything very quickly and until now my data is more than enough. I'm really happy and over the moon about Vodafone mobile broadband service till now.
