I could not imagine such a pathetic organisation could be allowed to function in Australia.

1. Customer service (like customer executives that hang up on you? then youll love belong) = 0.3/5
2. Taking money from your bank as quickly as possible = 5/5
3. Internet speeds (actual vs as promissed) = 1 / 5
4. Customer service / refund policy = 0/5
5. Solving problems and caring for the customer = 0.1 / 5
6. Making promises they wont keep = 5/5

I am going to cancel this hell whole of life. Had been with them for 2.5 months. From the get go, serious traffic / overloaded issues resulting in speeds of 1-10Mbps, at best in comparison to the 100 Mbps promissed.

I made legally valid threats, begged, and everything else. No one cares or even calls you back. Screwed up at every stage and point ( i could write a book of failure at every step).

I feel very depressed in my life due to the experience I have had in them. One could say, Ive lost hope in humanity itself.
