Telstra has been my service provider for 10 years! I find that the technical support of Telstra is very poor, as not only do you have to wait on hold for sometimes hours on end, you can be told different things by different people and they tend to have poor communication skills. Also, whenever there is a problem it hardly gets fixed until you say you are going to take it further!

However, I have been with Telstra for 10 years as the internet is very fast and mobile coverage is better than all of the other providers
