I signed up for the 100mbps plan and the speed never got above 6mbps. I got changed to the 50mbps plan and still got charged for the 100mbps plan. Told them how terrible they were and they would not let me out of the contract. I have now changed and I am very happy with the new provider. I am having to go through the Ombudsman to recover funds.

Please save you money and frustration. They are by FAR THE WORST NBN PROVIDER. Speed 1/100. Service 1/100. Con ability 100/100

I have not used the service since changing and I noticed that they are still billing my bank account. Will sort that out ASAP. They are a time waster. Spend over 14 hours on the phone in a year trying to resolve issues.
