Start Wireless Gateway can be bought for $99.95 + $15 delivery charge. Pay-as-you-use call rates are 20 cents per local call, National calls at 20 cents per minute capped at $3 and mobiles at 35 cents per minute. Call connection charges are 40 cents for timed calls only. Calls to 13 numbers are 20 cents per call.
