Telstra speed is pretty good when it works. I don't experience as many drop outs as I used to after getting my modem upgraded. Customer service isn't bad either, they do try and resolve any issues you have. Quick turnaround time for call backs which is greatness because you don't have to wait. Price is average.

We have cable internet from Telstra. Most the time is seems to work, however there are some lag periods at night where things dont seem to work. Im not sure if its the MAC computers having wifi issues, but everytime we ring Telstra, we wait for hours.
