Have been with TPG more than 10 years. Their adsl line service has not been bad but whenever I relocated, it took around 2-4 weeks to be reconnected even though giving two week notice. now I am with their NBN, there was 1 day outage even though they said there would be no outage time and they cut the old ADSL and phone line before they confirmed the movement. Had to wait around 45 min until their terrible overseas support took my call. It had been working for 14 days well then suddenly my NBN stop working. Called again waiting 45 min again, they said they will call me when a technician is arranged within next 24 hours. They didn’t call me but sent a txt saying that a technician will visit in 4 days. Go with TPG to save $10/m and $10k stress. Now I will move to good reputation ISP but definitely not with any TPG group ISPs.
