We setup with a TPG service (ADSL 2+) a while ago, and I must say that so far, I am happy about the service they provide. The installation process was really quick, and the staff was efficient and seem to know what they were doing.

We are 5 people at the house, and everybody is using their laptop at the same time, and the internet speed and conectivity does not seemed to be affected. We only had a one time issue, but after calling CS, they fixed the problem really quickly, which was impressive.

For the price we pay, I can say TPG offer value for money, and would recommend it to anyone.

We are not that happy with the ISP. Sometimes the speed of the internet is really good but in the evening it gets really slow. We do have to switch it off and on couples of times a week for it to work.
During the installation phase, it took them nearly 15 days to install the internet at our home. Also, they were not that helpful in providing all the information required for a first time user of their service. Initially, we had the unlimited wifi for $70 but it got so slow that we thought we were not getting the required service for the money we were spending. Now we are in a limited data plan.

We first put in the NBN request back in 16 Feb 2015, their installer came without warning. Then they said they can come on 30 March but we're away, so we requested 10th April. At first there was no signal, I called TPG and it was activated on the same day. There needs to be better communication and coordination with the installation and activation. Otherwise overall I'm happy with the service I get. We haven't had any major outage or slowness in speed since we had TPG NBN. The price is definitely on the expensive side and if there is a cheaper option I'll switch in no time.

If you are looking for a new internet provider, I find TPG service to be a good value for money choice. We have unlimited broadband for around 60 dollars a month with good speed and excellent reliability. When we purchased a new modem we required technical support to assist, although it was not directly their problem they chose to help us with the issue. I had previously used Dodo as my service provider, however I did not find them to be as useful and reliable as TPG have been. Overall, this is a good provider.

Honestly it's extremely fast broadband, I actually don't know why people whinge about internet when this is some of the fastest internet around in Sydney. It's reliable and always works. I really can't fault them.

Hi, I have been using its service since 2 years now. It is value for money. Great with its speed and love the technical support. They resolve the issue in the mentioned time and also do provide with call facility. Didn't faced any issues till now in terms of speed and quality. Always perfect. I have suggested its service to many of my friends and will be definitely using its service in future always. I also have its post paid phone which is also great with its value and connectivity. Love it.

We are with TPG and we are happy with the price we pay but the service is lacking. We have constant drop outs and slow speeds which can be very frustrating. i would have love to have been notified or compensated for loss of service but we are never contacted by TPG. I do commend them on the service of actually establishing set-up of our internet as they were very helpful.

I have been a TPG ADSL2+ user for roughly 3 years now. You get for what you paid for and TPG has not let me down since. TPG is also my first ever broadband that I have connected with, I am really thankful to have chosen TPG ADSL2+ and will definitely not look back or consider other broadband.

The slight downside is that sometimes if you overuse your internet due to excessive a lot of connected devices it could slow the net down a bit, however that is like all other broadband and it is not uncommon.

For about $59 a month on unlimited usage per month, it is really great value and you get much more than you paid for. There's other broadbands that charges you twice as much also have a limit to how much data you use per month, unlike TPG.

Customer Service is also at a high standards. I have recently moved homes and was in a rush and internet was an important household due to study commitment and work that requires internet. In no time TPG got it all sorted out and our internet was working within under a month.

To summarise, if you are looking for something worthwhile and get for what you are paid for, then TPG ADSL2+ is for you.

TPG is one of the decent budget ISPs that works well in most situations, if you are browsing Australian sites. The major issue with the ISP is the fact that if frequently run into issues with oversea sites. BTW: Interesting enough that TPG users seem to have terrible experience with sites hosted on Godaddy specifically.
